well i got that program thing and did it and all, well turns out i turned the things too high for my moniter (oops) now whenever i restart i either get : mode not supported, or nothing show sont eh screen, i can only open stuff by going to control alt delete and then new task (run:) , its a real pain and plus it doestn work half the time...help?

Use Safe Mode and reverse your changes?

Restart the system, hold down F8 as it does so (ignoring beeps/clicks, if any), and a menu should appear.
After you have selected 'Safe Mode', Windows should boot up properly albeit a bit lacking in the audio/visual department, but otherwise fully functional for debugging needs.
Reverse any changes you made through whichever program you used, and restart again. No intervention is required this time around.
