EDIT: got it fixed by Letter Assigner Program
i having probs install file ns_install_v3_b1 when it sets up after hitting next it looks for drive e:/program files for steam but e: is me CD drive and d: holds steam, is ther a way for me to tell the setup in like registry that its d: not e: .

Make sure you play some Half-Life through steam before you try to Install NS. Once you do that it should auto-detect the correct drive or at the very least allow to select the path you want to install to.
