anyone knows how to insert a worldmodel into a map, so its solid, and NO ONE can walk through or pick it up? i have a really large model (its a tank ), and i dont want to walk through it...

Add a clip brush over the model, it's easier with hammer 3.5

the cycler has a default hull and it won't change, you have to add clip brushes over the model...

There are problems with using NULL instead of CLIP. Just stick with CLIP or use a blue func_wall if you want it to stop rounds.
