Full Version: Argh! God Damn Errors!

Alright, so, her we go again: More friggin errors that I just HATE and there is NO REASON for them to happen.

1) The fact that I texture a brush in VHE, compile it, and then when I see it in game its a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TEXTURE. Like this:

2) For some reason, some brushes dont show up in-game. I place a perfectly good brush that is a mirror of another brush, and that brush just refuses to show up. I dont freakin GET IT! It shows up in VHE, but not in-game, once again.

i have the same problem with decals, when i compile they won't show up ingame, but they look fine in the editor sad.gif

Anyone got a solution to this idiotic problem?

oh, i found out the answer to my problem. i can only use decals that have { in front of the name, or it won't compile.

try checking the world flag, when ur texturing the mirrored brushes

I still dont understand about the texture being screwed up.
