It's horrible. HLMV says "Drawn polys: 6728" ... for THIS?!
It has alot of flaws, such as visible holes in the modelstructure, texture misalignments, and more. Also alot unused textures included. Removing them could squeeze the total skinmesh down to to 256x256...

My god, sorry, but that model is absolutely awful. The proportions are entirely wrong, the skin is extremely low-res and what the hell is with that flap of skin that's supposed to be her shoulders?

Ontop of that, you've wasted far too much space in the skin and yes, for some reason, HLMV is saying it's 6728 poly.

It's almost 7000 polys because the entire model has been duplicated a few times, I believe. There are also still some skin and face errors. This model could be salvagable, though... Buff her up a bit, reduce her bust size, give her a new head and a new skin and less revealing armour. Better than starting over.

[EDIT] There's also a lot of wasted space in the skinmesh.
