I have a func door I want it to move when its shot for 5000 dmg.
I set it to 5 and shoot 5 lmg clips into it and it didnt move.... is the feature broken or did I do do something wrong?

5 lmg clips i don't think would be 5000 dmg. 5000 dmg is a LOT of dmg, like... 3.5 onos'. hope that helps. lower the dmg to check to see if it works, then raise the dmg when it does work.

oh you set it to 5 dmg, that wasn't clear sorry.
ok, i'm PRETTY sure you don't want a door there, it's either a breakable object, or a door, not both. func_door can not take damage to open it. i imagine the dmg you are talking about is going under "damage inflicted when blocked"?
I also assume that once you wanted the door "broken" it would stay open, which means you can just use a func_breakable and the damage would go under "target on break" i believe.
i hope that was helpful.

Perhaps this feature is broken in Natural Selection. You can always try using a func_button and see if that allows you to create the desired effect.

I don't know if the actual amount of health matters in any Half-Life version. Perhaps an invisible func_breakable that targets a door can do the trick?
