There was a pack out during the 2.0 time, replaced everything but the v_models, try to search around for it.

ya i remember seeing something of a cellshaded pack but i have no idea where it is

trust me that pack was horrible lookin, looksed more like stretched out skisn then cel shaded

I don't think it looked so bad but supposedly some of the origins on player models were screwed up? something was wrong with some alien player models.

You're thinking of the pack with just blurred skins, there was another pack with black edges like real celshading.
