I try to connect to any server and it just wont let me cuz on all of them im missing WeaponAnimation.sc and i cant find a server that will dl it to me

sounds like a borked install
remove your NSP folder and reinstall from the start.
if this persists redownload all 3 pieces of the installer. (well, you ccould start with just re dling beta 1)
