I followed Thansal steps and install the things, but the thing is...its not in the steam third party section what do i do?

just install it into the steam aps then it should be there!

Did you search your HDD for NSP? If so where where the folders?

I insert beta 3 and beta 4 and b inside...it is in my steam app half life folder thats all but when i finished opened up my steam not there.
