Are you using hammer? If so follow the instructions.
If not, or that doesn't work, the co-ords are most likely of the brush thats causing the problems, find the brush, and try to either re-apply the textures, or delete the brush and make a new one.
(To find the brush with the co-ords they are x,y,z. Have a look in the 3 views, the x,y , x,z , and y,z to find it exactly.)

To clarify on the "Check for problems", in Hammer, press ALT-P or click Map > Check for problems, select a 'Texture axis perpendicular to face' and press "Fix all of type".

EDIT: GG brute_force.

To clarify on the "Check for problems", in Hammer, press CTRL-P (I think) or click Map > Check for problems, select a 'Texture axis perpindicular to face' and press "Fix all of type".

Alt+p, actually, and just to be annoying: perpendicular smile.gif

Ffft. I copied it straight from his compile log and didn't bother to check the spelling. tounge.gif
