Full Version: [req] Sprite(s)

Hey i was wondering if anyone is bored enough to make a custom sprite for me? its a little red dot that says "you are here" with an arrow pointing at the dot from the words.. this would be viewable when you press the map button to view the map sprite... is anyone interested?
I dont think you can do that... i'm sure I could do it but I dont think there is a file for just you on the minimap. There might be i dunna know. If there isnt you will have a lot of you are heres on the mini map. If its possible i might have some time to try making it
well i just mean changing the little green dude, the one that is you to a red dot followed by an arrow pointing to it leading from the sentence "you are here"
Nope, unless im as dumb as everybody says you cant do it. There is no individual sprites for the minimap just a whole bunch. sry
OMG just export all the sprites in that one file and then make new sprite, inport all of them in cept the on tat like like this "<)" its looks like a beam of a flashlight, then import a "U ARE HERE" for it insted

The marine dot itself wouldent work because i think the same sprite is in commander view, making oh noez all over the minimap

I knew exactly what he meant, but that was th eonly way to get it so it was only on his icon, so

are we limited in the size of the flashlight, we could do a dot on the other side of the light, with the arrow...
or did you try that?
well, its easy to tell where you are from the pack, your green as opposed to grey like your teammates

unless your in a group, then you and all your group mates are also green...
the only way is the flashlight.

you cant figure anything out, unless changing the flashlight thing
oh alright,, so has anyone tried this?
just delted the flashlight for that one entirly, and replaceit with "you are here *downarrow hand mades or made from ^ upsidedown*" thats all man.
