I recently compilied my map and got a unusual error when I went to run the map afterwards. The error is a Fatal Error and reads

miptex >=loadmodel->numtextures

The map compiles with no problems, this happens when I start the map ingame. At first I thought I was over my texture limit, but I have not added any new textures since the last working compile, I am at 3.76MB for textures. I asked Belgarion, but he had no idea what the error is, and I got nothing when I did a search.

Hmm, is the map using more than 8 different .wads ?

It may, or may not be related but i also had a map under the texture limits crashing cause i was using more than 8 differents wad files. Maybe it's your case. If not, ignore this, i'm not a compile tools guru confused.gif

I am only using 5 wads. I tried to recompile and this time got a clipnode error, I am working to fix that. I am not sure if this is related though
