Made these for myself, since I dig the AvP2 player models in NS. Included the HA as a small bonus. Some bits of it I still don't like, but I prefer it to the stock model. Use em or don't, doesn't matter to me, because I tweaked em for myself. smile.gif

I rather like the UT2k3 heavy armor conversion, but I'm sure releasing it to the public probably violates just about everything the copywright offices have a law for.

But if I'm wrong, t'is very leet. smile.gif

Why would they? He didn't make the conversion too SC, nor the conversion to NS.

And great reskin, much better then the original skin.

I DLed it [Jugg model] from www.thrilled2kill.com I figured since Del is a mod here, it was safe.

the aliens except the drone is nice cuz theyr brown like in the movies.

just wanted to mention that I'm also working on that model. but mine got proper walking animations and I removed the useless stuff (jetpack and so on). smile.gif

you should add some sort of Gas mask like face instead of keeping the guys open face.

Fade animations changed? Which ones?

Missed that extra texture which screws up fade animations, didn't use any transparency, the HA is a nice model but clipping is insane on it.


Its a nice pack but it could have been so much better with a few tweaks and perhaps using later, better versions of the models you have.

by atari news posts, it's not ok, they have issued a cease and desist to a UT2K4 conversion MODIFICATION.... (uses everything from UT and Unreal 2)...

i've got a few PMs about it from our resident worriers and "doomsday-ers" ... showing it up that if i keep them up for download Atari will shut down T2K.

once i get a cease and desist (they send one before they shut you down) i'll take all the Atari-Made models... but that letter hasn't come yet, so i keep them on my site...


UT2K4 and Unreal 2 models aren't "safe"... they are "ok as long as you don't make Atari mad"... considering you can download them from alternative sites, such as (my favorite for free files) www.Turbosquid.com and those files don't include ANY reference to anything made or assiciated with Atari... i think it's safe enough to say you can get a cease and dissist, but push the blame somewhere else.

Thanks for the thorough explanation Del. I've fired off an e-mail to the host to have the .zip removed. Don't want anyone to get in trouble over it. wink.gif
