You shouldn't type sky in the map properties... try "space" (without the quotes). If that works try another sky.

Remove anything you have set for the sky to be. Just leave it on default and than try, then you should see the default sky (which is a desert with cliffs here and there).

Here's your problem:
| QUOTE |
| Command line: C:\Program\ZHLT\hlcsg.exe -wadinclude ns.wad -wadinclude ns2.wad -wadinclude hallwall_1.wad -wadinclude v_wad.wad -wadinclude zeditor.wad -wadinclude sneaky.wad -chart "C:\Program\Valve Hammer Editor\maps\testpassage.map" |
There is no reason at all to wadinclude all those, especially not ns.wad or ns2.wad since everyone has those. One of those wads has the sky texture in it (I'm guessing zeditor.wad), so don't wadinclude it. Also, are you really using all those wads?

Scary, how big is your map after the compile? I guess over 50mb?
Don't wadinclude any .wads!
