NOTE: MARINES VS MARINES MAP

I tried to make it just by using Ripent but it didnt work and i needed an ready room. So i took the map apart and built it from scratch using the .map file as an guide and here it is

Cause the original file used 3 cs wads i included them in the bsp as ns.wad and ns2.wad and co_iceworld.wad (aaatrigger and sky)

If you wonder what happened to the light and sky i must say that i didnt like the cs version, too light and the sky wasnt any good so i used ayumi sky and fixed the light abit

But how did you manage to get all those details right? The complex shaped brushes, the perfectly orchastrated architecture. Must've been quite a job.
And to get the lighting to to come even close to the high standards of the original must've taken you ages

This map will soooo not work.

Some CS maps work for MvM.

However, as soon as someone gets JP or GL, its game over.

Ice world is a horrifically simple map, i don't think that would work well. I think lazer used ripent to change official co maps into mvm maps, is that right?

I love the insane shift of logic on RD's site.

Hey i tried out your map on my server, and it seems pretty fun except you messed up on the victory conditions. right when the game start it ends saying that the marines won. only way ive been playing is by turning sv_cheats 1.

This map is broken.

If you post the source I will fix it.

The map ends after a few seconds. You messed up something.

Otherwise please repost the map fixed.

Instead of making it from scratch, why don't you make a new improved version? Maybe the same layout but with vertex manipulated snow, more interesting architecture, some lighting, SOMETHING besides four walls with four pillars.

Iceworld deserves to die. I don't call it a map, I call it "Recycle Bin material".
Why don't you do co_pool_day, or co_awp? Come on, make another map I can delete if I accidently hit "Download".

there should be something covering the cc from the other team and add some vent and better textures.....




(on a side note)
co_dust is a pertty good ns map. good textures and lighting. if anyone wants the link i could post it, but i can't read what it says on the web page cuz it's not in english.

ns_dust is a bad bad horrible map......
