Your command line is mad!

Check than sv_lan 0 is set in server.cfg
Then use a command line like:-

C:\HLServ\hlds.exe -game nsp -maxplayers 18 +map ns_core -console +port 27015 +exec banned.cfg +exec listip.cfg +exec server.cfg

Really thats all you need - you dont need to specify every steam port just the one the game will be served on.

If you want to play from the same pc (not recommened) then you'll need to set port to 27025 instead (or other)

ppl cant join my server either

I host NS server, tell friend ip: server inresponsable

I host SC (svencoop) server, do same: server responsable

so i dont know why NS ignores something that they cannot join or something, anyone know why?

ok i solved my problem

if you have a router The following ports must be "open":
UDP 1200
UDP 27000 to 27015 inclusive
TCP 27030 to 27039 inclusive

also, make sure it is set to allow WAN activity
(Wide-Access-Network)

this worked for me

Make sure the server variable 'pausable' (it might be sv_pausable) is set to 0.
