here's a glock i've been working on today, im not sure about the exact time it took me to make it, about half hour at the morning, and about 45 later :S

Polycount is around 1600 but im going to reduce it big time
It's for another mod im working on, tho if the team wont mind i might release it to NS.

I beg of you to leave the polycount the same... at least leave one version the same and one version lower. Glocks are my favorite weapon but Glock models (good ones at least) are VERY scarce.

If you could, leave it at a crazy-high polycount (unless 2 versions isn't as hard as I think it is to make).

I would be extremely grateful if you could do this for me.

Also, I don't really know how to skinmesh, but I DO know how to skin... I could give it a go.

The buttom isn't out much, but it's still secksay.

Its looking really good... though id suggest making the thumb rest part a little smoother.

I'm Skinning this pistol right now, here's the upper parts of it skinned.

hey, pretty nice skin. the engraved bar things looks excellent, but it seems to need to be a bit darker.

lighting seems a little extreme at some parts
lighting filter = no no

Well, there is another very leet glock model that pwns them all. But this is the nicest one for NS and CS put together.

The new glock that's coming out with the new version of Hostile Intent is really awesome.

I too like the glock. Just telling you about other nice ones since you said there aren't many.

Nope, no sounds yet, actually i dont know where to get the sounds from

you going to animate it yourself, or just apply to the ns skelly?

There are really nice sounds in the CS Realism Pack 4.1 if you can find it (I found it on FileShack and FilePlanet).

I use my current USP and AK model sounds with it.
