I put together a new system with an Athlon XP 2400+ a Connect 3d Radion 9200 128mb video card and 256 mb of RAM on a new mobo (frgot what kind)

When I power it on, all the components appear to work. The HDD rotats and I can hear the Drive working for a second.

The monitor appears blank and I hear a series of beeps that does not stop. I am not sure if the BIOS is giving me a code since it is just the same beep repeadidly over and over (does not stop)

I have tryes disconnecting everything except the video card and the RAM but still nothing. It has a 400w PSU and has no intigrated graphics...

Any Ideas as to what the problem is?

even though nobody even looked @ this, I fixed it, it was just a grounding problem.

Well the boards been down since, like, this morning...

A constant beep is often a "something is wrong but to b0rked to find what is wrong" type signal.
