I set mp_consistency to 1. Then I tried to connect to the server and got an error message fore the file common/bodydrop4.wav

But this file is neither on the server nor on my client.

So what can I do to make mp_consistency 1 to work properly?

It's a known bug, you can't use consistancy in its current form. Once the Dev team releases the next version it will most likely be fixed.

Just created a very small metamod which will fix all known issues with consistency. It's available here.
