Some take days, some take weeks, some take months. Depends on the person making it actually.

You know, I could dream about a fallout pack all day long....

a model itself may take just a few hours but the meshing, skinning and compiling is a different story

I'd use it but the clip is so close to the front that it doesn't look accurate enough to be the LMG... I'd probably use it for the old HMG.
