normally when i click on sommit to selectt it than click again it goes to the spinner hadles so i can turn stuff but it seems to have stopped doing this today anybody else had this problem and know how to fix it if you help me ill consider taking you off my death list or at least will kill u quick and painlessly eithers good really

This doesn't have anything to do with NS mapping specifically. However, have you tried rebooting your computer?

Also, your sig is way too big. Max is 400x75 and 22kb.

This is a bug caused by steam. If you can not get the spinhandles, close all open steam windows (games, server ...) and it will work again
