this should probably be posted somewhere else, but i would rather ask you guys.
i have made this concept of a semi auto shotgun in MSpaint.
and it wont let me load the file and yes it is under 120K
someone help please?

You can't upload .bmps.

save as.

doesnt do any pixel or color damage, i find it's the best, even if the compression isnt as great as .gif or .jpeg

ya but png also adds more blue to the image in some pictures its not noticable but in others you can really tell

PNG is the best common image format with the smallest file size if you optimize it properly. (Can be done in Paint Shop Pro, not sure about Photoshop.)

WTH do you open png files in? I got heaps of em from in game screenies but i can't open em.

also PSP does... and iirc even paint can handle it
if not: open it with your webbrowser, right-click the pic and "save as"...
