Well for anyone interested that lives around the lansing area or willing to travel to: theres a lan going on at Michigan State University. I went last month with my lanteam : http://www.atholonians.tk/ - and it was great, they had quite abit of people, large projection screen and a very fast internet connection. The day i was there was the night ns 3.0 came out, i setup bit torrent to seed the torrent of ns 3.0 at 2megabytes a second with out noticing one bit of internet slowdown.
Information regarding the lan:
Location - MSU's campus in the engineering building
date - Feb 29th, from 10 am to 12 midnight
what to bring - bring your own computer, short lan cable, monitor etc. NO SPEAKERS.
