Ok I carnt use OpenGL probably cause my graphics card is carp, so I have to use "software".

software mode is NOT suported by ns, sorry mate there is no fix
Aye he is right. NS doesn't like software mode and it can cause all kinds of trouble if you try running it. (mind you *can*, but in your case it obviously does 
)
Post what type of graphics card you have here, post your system specifications, maybe someone has had the same problem or they might know a fix for yours.
I'm not a tech guru but I'd have a go at "cheating your pc" with a different set of drivers so it thinks your card is better than it is. Hey laugh all you want, it works with sound cards and you can always try

well i had that once, but thats becuase it minimized n things **** up
just restarted the server
