PRICE: The price has changed to $30. Food, Drinks, and Support is what we get for our money. W2z has a partnership with a local pizza shop and a subway which covers the food. Mountain Dew will be available for everyone throughout the entire day which covers the drinks. Tournament setup and organizing will be handled by the good people at w2z which covers support. Did I also mention there are PRIZES to be won!? Prizes include Mice (mx500's), Mousepads(DKT Pads), Keyboard (zBoards), Headphones (.90's), and Computer gear in general! This is one sweet *** deal if you ask me

TIME/DATE: Saturday, November 29th. On this day W2z is open from 9:00am to 12:00am. We ask that you come by the latest 12:00pm, since the festivities will begin without you if you come later then that!

REQUIREMENTS: None really, web2zone has enough PC's to accomdate us. Also if you are under the age of 18 you need a consent form signed by you're parents, which you can get here. I spoke to the managers and they said it's not really a problem if you are under 18, as long as you're not like 5 or something. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE, then just print out the consent form and get it signed by one of you're Parents/Guardians and bring it with you on the day of the lan. Also one more thing, ALL THAT ARE ATTENDING THIS LAN (THIS INCLUDES PEOPLE YOU BRING WITH YOU) MUST REGISTER WITH US AT OUR WEBSITE! YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO GIVE YOUR REAL FULL NAME AND THE REAL FULL NAMES OF FREINDS YOU ARE BRINGING! YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO GIVE US AN E-MAIL. IF YOU DON'T REGISTER YOU ARE NOT GETTING PASSED THE FRONT DOOR ON THE DAY OF THE LAN!

w2z is a pretty nice place, it's close to major restaurants, shopping, nice place personally. I will probably go and bring a few friends too. I'm not getting the times, like what does it mean? You give 7 days?

Ok, some news about the date:

For most people I've talked to who are interested in going, the day after Thanksgiving (Friday Nov 28th), but that date is still flexible. If you have a scheduling conflict or anything, please note that, so we can make this work for everyone.

Saturday is 939248230948 times better. The reasons being: a lot of people will have to work Friday, and others (this is my case) who are visiting relatives for Thanksgiving will have trouble making it back the day after Thanksgiving. Putting it on Saturday will give people time to get back.

Looks like we'll have well over 30 people going, I've got a few of my good friends that are going to, we've decided we'll be taking the train up.

I will be in attendance. Also how many of you plan on taking the train to the city and getting off at Penn Station? I might be able to pick 2-3 of you up, I will be driving to w2z

I can probably make it... Don't know my schedule around then, but I'm up in Rockland County, a short car ride from manhattan (Hell, I was just in midtown a few hours ago on business).

So put me down as a "maybe"... A weekend would definitely be preferable.

Update:

Talked with the main man in charge, Flayra.

He says he's gonna try to make it, but he wants to take a vacation ASAP so chances are he might not be around for the LAN over Thanksgiving. Anyway, that gave me an idea, we could probably do these LANs (if the first one is a success) over holdiay breaks, so anyone who is around can just come and have fun.

Anyway, I'm out. Sleep time.
