I was thinking about all the Al|ens fans out there, and the models and sound packs and such, and I realized that nobody has even mentioned the egg.
Frankly, it would be the easiest to convert from anything, I mean, it only has two animations... the model itself wouldn't be too hard to make.

Anyway, just thought I'd throw that out there...

I'm sorry, but the egg just doesn't look right. it doesn't fit with the overall look and "feel" of Natural-Selection.
I think the original eggsacks look better.

just wait until the whole game is converted into aliens. then it will fit in

oh yeah...just change the GL...change all the aliens and change al the structures and use jesters AVP sound pack and the marine radio sound pak and change the maps ... you know just change a bit of this and a bit of that and modify the code a little bit and maybe just change the name of the game

then open up yer own website and showcase it on Planet Half Life.

I'll be doing an egg conversion, too. I don't know. I like the base, myself. Of course, if Desolation's works out nicely, I'll be able to forget about doing one myself.

pls remove that "slime" under the egg, that looks awful :/

That slimy stuff underneath the egg looks unholy. It's ugly. It's also weird to see slime hanging off the edge of a err.. edge.

when he means animations he probably meant...the egg moving around a bit

yup, I agree with Xanieth

remove that slimy stuff and the egg model will be fine

agreed..the thing is too long, plus, the person in the egg sack and look around, so u can see the thing spin, or raise or lower etc

it just goes into an egg and seconds later pops out an alien

there is no animation for the egg other than the idle anims
