Quite alot of servers DO take away the use of custom skins and custom everything really i tryed using a custom sound and it was not allowed arg -_-

Before i go any further , i know this topic wil be closed realy soon anyway...

But personaly , i have encountered only 1 server that enforced models , this beign from the release of 1.3
Now it may be luck , but still , 1 server is nothing compared to the servers that i have played on using custom models ( believe me , allot of servers...)

Maybe you are just playing on the wrong servers dude....

Download "All Seeing Eye" you can use it to check for servers that don't use mp_consistency

or play on the ns.nl server
