Just wondering, what program would you use to edit crosshairs for hl? I dont mean the actual editing like in photoshop, but what would you use to read whatever format they are in (i think theyre .spr files?)

To make a transparent section, make the transparent part whatever is in index 255, and compile it (I use sprite wizard) with the Alphatest setting.
