There's already an aliens Model Pack.

Though I honestly don't recommend them. Someone fixed the runner, so it's okay.. But the other two have animation problems.

Where the Fade replacement or Onos Replacement executes an animation, parts of the mesh stretch out really far like red poles coming out of their ribs.

i mean a modelpack = al new weps models, player models , sounds , splash screen , .....

What file do you have to modify to get such a splash screen?

splash.bmp in the gfx/shell folder

Ive done a complete splash replacement already but I couldn't find the file to do the console screen. Anyone know if it can be changed?

the console-screen is in a special wad-file called gfx.wad as far as I know. This CAN be changed, but since the gfx.wad is somewhat encrypted or something, you need a special tool besides Wally to create it... Not sure where to find it, but there IS such a tool..
