yeah, ns is a much better clangame than a pub game.
Too many people have "cs-mentality" or "deathmatch-mentality" so working as a team is pretty nonexistant.

Good members are hard to come by. Best to make one with a group of friends who play an average amount. That way you can talk to them about ideas, plus they trust you alot more frequently.
And they know everyone in the clan by face.
