There are custom Queen models out there you could hunt down, if you don't have AvP2, but have the tools to export AvP2 models and stuff. I don't know if you want to try that... Or get the latest AvP2 patch and try disecting it. I think it includes a playable Queen model. From what I've heard, anyway. Might be worth a try.
I also saw a custom skin floating around for the "Runner" that looks very, very much more like the beast in the third film. You'd have to find that stuff, though. I forget where I saw them, exactly, but I found them on Google by searching for +avp2+skins
