Run dxdiag, create a log and then post it here.
This way we can see your specs and can evaluate if it is your hardware or not.

em I think it isnt problem, because it worked, for that week, this slide show started only today. Maybe there are viruses on my PC?

Ok, hardware should not be the concern on an optimized system...
I would personally add another 512mb of ram, just to make sure that there are enough ressources for NS and Xp, as well as any background apps.
There are a few things you can do:
Clean up the taskmanager. Anything that you do not need for playing NS should not be running.
msconfig and services.msc are built in windows apps that can help you to shut down unwanted apps.
Get a good virus scanner (dare I say commericial? Yes, I do!) Shoving out money for a good scanner seems like a waste to lots of people, but most folks dont notice anyway, when they end up being part of a botnet.
I guess it pretty much comes down to cleaning up your PC.
Defrag the harddrives etc etc
If you have external harddrives I would generally suggest to backup your data there and simply do a complete reinstallation of XP every 6 months. This means you have to start from scratch, but at least you can do so on a clean system. Also remember that you can intigrate windows updates into the installdisk.
usefull apps for clean up duty:
msconfig (windows built in)
services.msc (windows built in)
hijackthis
spybot-s&d
avast! antivirus
jkdefrag
Also give the hardware some love: open the case and do some dusting (no kidding, if a fan is clogged the card will run hotter than usual, resulting in either overheating or the chip automatically decreasing performance.

seems like this sort of thing is happening alot. And i've seen that certain parts of maps lagg alot for no reason and starting very recently too.
