Ok, So I had a dream after I read this last night. I was playing NS2 (woot) and there was this cool little trick that the aliens did, there was an alien that came in and blew up a airlock and all my marines got sucked into space along with a bunch of scrap metal and stuff. I thought it be a good idea, don't know if its already on the forums or in the game. But I thought it might be a neat little thing for the aliens, or maines (whatever) to be able to do.
Hope to see it in the game.

You can do this in hammer, and with realtime physics it should be fairly easy in NS2.
The problem is, if you want to do this, you have to force chambers and dropped items to obey physics, which means extending them from a different class, which means more server load.
Alternately you could just add a trigger_hurt and kill everything in the room when it gets sucked out, but that looks terrible.
EDIT: I guess it wouldn't be too bad if chambers stayed fixed in place, but with no graphical representation at all, it would still look pretty bad - if they added the graphical "wind sway" effect, it would take more developer time for a minor feature.

With some tweaks this can also be done in HL2.
Tide's Reach is the mod if you're interested, done by the same people as Zombie Master (website down for a few days while they move hosts but should be back up shortly)

That's pretty cool, but all of the entities in that room have to have been extended from a physics-capable class. Don't you think that's a lot of server load for a feature this minor?

Well Tide's Reach is strictly SP-only. I agree that in MP it would be a very bad idea to go crazy with advanced physics stuff on top of multiple clients.
