I think it would be great if you created this game for the Xbox 360. Comparing this game to games like Halo and Gears of War, I think a lot would agree that this game is much better and would be one of the top games of the year if you ever made it for the Xbox 360. This game would obviously be more popular because of its complete uniqueness, as it is the only game i know of that has alien evolution and marine upgrading on the spot. Maybe some agree, maybe some don't. Either way you should really consider this.

Playing ns with a pad? That's like shooting yourself in the leg.

To be honest, I actually really, really doubt that NS would be more popular than either of those games, due to the nature of NS. The steep learning curve lends to extremely deep gameplay, but many players are far too casual for that, and would also probably find the gameplay 'too intense'. NS naturally caters to the more hardcore crowd, and we EAT IT UP LIKE ITS THE MOST AMAZING CANDY EVAR. The hardcore demographic is also one of the most loyal, and definitely the most frivolous with its gaming purchases, but the casual market has more people. Since hardcore gamers play casual games but not the reverse, I'd hypothesize that NS would never be as popular as either of those.
