hey all. ive been playing the combat only servers, and im a real big fan of building turrets and crap. but i just wanna know how to build faster without having to type /buildmenu everytime i wanna build a turret or OC. cause i see people plop down like 4 OC's in like 4 seconds. how can i do that?

aside from that

open up your console (hit the tilde key ~).
Type in:
bind x "say /buildmenu"

you can replace x with any key you want.

If ~ doesn't pull down the con then go into options and advanced keyboard options to enable it.

Isn't "°^" the default key?

Depends on where you are from

State side the key is "`" or "~" most people refer to it as ~ even though "`" is the default and ~ is with shift.

As you strange people in Germany have lots of extra letters you need to be able to type you use a different keyboard layout then we do so that it is a tad bit easier for you to type stuff

Side note, I view what you typed as "Degree Carrot" (as in the little circle for representing degrees and then a carrot ^) due to different localizations and language packs installed (probably)
