I've always thought it's something that should be default in any forum.

Useful in a lot of places, unlike most of these smilies. Shows ya either like something or ya don't. Simple.
If not as a smily, maybe a post icon (the set at the bottom that nobody hardly uses anyway.)

Hell, people could respond to this very thread with'em since really no discussion is necessary.




These are just a couple I found... any sort could do as I imagine animated = bad for some people.
