When I load into a game of NS, there is in-game ambient music playing that seems like it's tied into the sounds. Is there any way to turn this off?

in the console type cl_musicenabled 0
alternatively i think u can do it through the options menu

if by "tied into the sounds" you mean map-specific ambient sounds (origin in particular is full of them), you'll need
fana's hackpack from the
nL website to remove them completely.
