before i formatted ns worked 100% fine on my pc, but i instaled xp and now windows media player seems to causeing my frame rate to drop every 5 mins or so down to about 10 fps for 10 seconds or so then it will return to a normal 100. i dont know why this is happening but i know its wmp as when i close it the game runs perfectly fine without any drops!

any suggestions on how to stop the problem or such as its annoying as hell becuase i like to listen to music while playing!

Basically, just find a music player that is designed to be minimalistic
