a) Rine commander getting in empty chair and pulling it shut
b) the hive sagging when right before it dies
c) the weaving view model of the LMG
These are all from 1.xx era, but not now... Having done the steam 1.04 weekend I remembered these things upon noticing them and they make the game more complete... Any reason they were cut?
I would particularly like to see the hive do the old death animation where it droops down at around 5 % hp so marines can get a visual indication of hive health...
PS 5% isn't definite and is open to change...

a) I know this had to be taking out because it was causing problems, I don't remember what they were though.
I like the way the lmg is now, when it was moving to 'look ahead' constantly it became fairly annoying.

I barely remember these even though i was around then. But seriously, they sound as though they're not only already complete, but would probably only require a small amount of work to fix up.
I always found that its the small transitional touches that really polish off a game. Imagine if there was an actual animation of an onos eating you as a marine, and from the outside, of the onos devouring the rine with his little boots kicking around?
