O Please obey the Dungeon Master of the particular thread at all times, failure to do so will wind up deleted posts, and other ways of having the wonderfull forum mod team have fun at you [postcount = O]
O The results of battle actions will be decided upon by the Dungeon Master [refered to as DM after this]
O In a particular thread, the DM is god, these rules still apply but follow the threads specific rules as well
O If you grief or participate in a story just to be a llama, expect the wrath of the forums gods
O Have fun, get into character!
O Be creative with how your character interacts with the story, but please be limited by common sense
O And above all, when moving out into enemy territory, be sure to move as a group! NS is teamwork based, so it shouldn't differ in NS RPG's!
O So you want to be a dungeon master?
O Each dm must post a full set of thread rules for their thread at the beginning (first post). any changes down the line must be edited into the thread rules <-- one of deaincaelo's rules, same with the next one
O No story hijacks. you cannot do anything unless the dm says you can. you cannot make things happen, manipulate, create, or controll objects without the dm's permission.
O Please mark out of character talk appropriately

Just like the rest of the forums, be nice, polite, encourage others to come, and the only time you can actually attack someone personally is with your skulks pointy teeth, not flaming hot text
