Is there any commands that will make playing the game easier? Also is there a way I can make my fps better, i have a good computer and should get 100fps all the time but it jumps from 12-100 :S

cool thanks, i'm assuming it works like CS:S.

I put that into a config file and put that config file into my autoexec?

no, you rather put it in a file "userconfig.cfg" and add
"exec userconfig.cfg"
in the config.cfg, which is executed after loading ns.

That way no update or s**t server/admin can change this part of your config.

for that specific reason (and cause I never wanne learn the commands) I also use the rate.cfg from valvepowered.

rates screwed? need to lower or raise em? just run it. it has aliasses binded to various rate settings from modem to uberhigh connections.
