It seems I've hit a technical snag.
Whenever I use Windows vista to run VHE (because my laptop has it) for some reason I cannnot select -ANYTHING- in the 3D view without it crashing. I can't apply textures, I can't select specific geometry or anything. It just dies and it's starting to work on my last nerve.
Anyone else run into this or know how to solve it?

As far as I know Hammer uses OpenGL to render and Vista only has OGL emulation which appears to be pretty poor.
Drivers totally updated?

Graphics chip would be a good start then the rest of the system, sound, mainboard etc.
