In 3.2 i noticed that while you are pressing the movement button, you cannot attack.
For example, while Charging as an Onos you can't use Gore/Stomp/Devour.
Same applies to Blinking as Fade and Leaping as skulk but those you could not use at the same time as attacking in previous versions anyway.

In the case of Onos and Charge you could previously first activate Charge and then Gore while running , this is definitely a nerf since it decreases damage output.

Any hope of a fix, since NS 3.2 was supposed to be the final version of NS1?

This has less to do with +movement and more to do with a fundamental change in Charge in 3.2

In 3.1 pressing +attack caused Charge to fire until you were out of energy. In 3.2 it is only activiated as long as you are using +movement or +attack with it. Part of the reason for this was to make Charge more of an ability akin to Blink or Leap (method of closing the gap with Marines, or to get away quickly), as opposed to it being a full-out weapon. This is also why knockback was introduced.

There has been no decision made as to whether this will be the last version of NS. And this wouldn't be a fix, it would be a change to Charge behavior.
