I am GibbZ (aka Zamma). I'm currently one of the head-admins running the European Natural Selection League and we have been running a few cups recently called night cups. Anyway for more info check here: http://ensl.zanith.nl/nsnc/

Anyway tonight we have some interesting matches being played with HLTVs broadcasting them, to you, the playerbase. Also for one of the semifinals and for the finals we have a shoutcast ready so do pop by!

Semifinals: Flatline vs nL - 19:00 (19:15) CET
Semifinals: Ltdm vs iRate.ns - 19:30 (20:00) CET

And we hopefulyl want the finals to be started by 21:00 CET!

Unforunately, due to such a long battle between Flatline and Ninelegends - we only got past the semi-finals.

Cyber Athletes

I know it is often difficult to coordinate 12 players, shoutcasters, servers etc. but if it is at all possible please try to post an accurate start time here in advance of the match. I'm sure a lot more people will turn up if they have a reasonably accurate time.

The Semi-Final Flatline vs Nine Legend will begin at 21 CET today.
The Finals will start at 2230CET today.

The Finals however may start a bit later if the previous match hasn't ended before it. Due to nature of ns, there's no proper way to decide a winner after an even game. Time and Frag Races just end up with turret factory and gazillion of turrets in the base or something more awful.

It's just a decision between two:
- Finish the cup within the timeframe and we may see forfeits or bad games
- Finish the cup outside the timeframe and see (more likely) good games

Sometimes you just can't get both two, but I agree posting dates that are not necessarily kept, is pointless. That we are sorry for.

Yeah, I understand that an NS game is as long as a piece of string. I was referring more to when the action starts tonight. People won't mind waiting for a finals if there's an exciting semi-finals being played

'twas a good semi-final, I guess the tie breaker was a bit of a blow out though. Couldn't play the final today because LTDM were having some connection problems. It's been rescheduled to 19:30 (7:30pm) CET Wednesday.

Is that eastern time Fana...or? B/c...7pm for Euro's would be...like..2pm for the east coast :x.

Why can't the euro's play at a decent of the day (like 10:30 or 11:30) so the NA audience can have fun spec'in. The sadness!!! The Pain. My only hope is that it goes into quadruple OT and then I'll be able to see the last rd...
