IndieDB Awards Voting Ending
December 13, 2010

Hello everyone,

The awards over at IndieDB are ending tomorrow, so this is your last chance to get over there and vote for your favorite independent games. I wrote up a post on our website about why you might want to consider voting for us which you can find it here: http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/news/2010/12/indiedb_awards_voting_ending.

If you'd like to support Natural Selection 2, head over to the Top 100 page (http://www.indiedb.com/events/2010-indie-of-the-year-awards/top100) and you'll find us under "Upcoming Indies of 2010" in the "Real-time Strategy" category.

On a separate note, we're currently in Week 4 of the closed beta (there are still keys available if you'd like to join: http://www.naturalselection2.com/buy). Things started out a little rough, but after a few critical patches the game is taking shape. We're still working on boosting performance and ironing out other technical issues, but we've been having some really fun games and are now able to be adjust the gameplay based on real-world feedback.

Since we try to keep the traffic on our mailing list infrequent, I'll preemptively wish everyone a Happy New Year, and I hope to see you in the beta!
