ok its been a while since ive done anything hl so i am compiling a player model

i assigned on bones on default reference and compiled, ok thats fine

i replace the models in the game but when i play its still the default models when ive deleted every trace of the models to my knowledge
so now i look at the smd's and i see a marine_jetpack reference so i open that, its a new skeleton with the default marine i assign all bones to this one too then i go to compile and it tells me cannot find finger01 for bbox, when i put the old jetpack reference back it works but when i use mine it doesnt, so ya if somebody knows about this lemme know so i can get this done

and if anybody can inform me of how to make different sub models so they will have multiple skins cause i have about 3 different skin sets i want to include for this model
