wow... i didn't notice when looking at the concept, but this has a very large Paul Verhoven feel. For those wondering, Paul Verhoven was the guy who made Total Recall and Starship Troopers

Nearly done now...poly count is a tad excessive (2.5k) but i'm gunna optimise it next. Should remove about 200-300 polys, hopefully without sacrificing too much in terms of detail.

nice gun, too bad all that detail on the back could be lost ingame, you don't really see that much of the backs of guns
edit: on second thought this gun could be compact enough to be held mac 10 style, so everything WOULD be visible. NOICE

Yeah nanites rule. I don't see how the rounded back of the handle could be uncomfortable.

Also, the back should be fine really. There are quite a few guns with much more uncomfortable stocks than that.

Anyway...i did the rail...trying to keep the detail on it low, as i don't really have enough polys to play with...its around 2.8k at the mo (still no mag) but that drops by around 700-800 once i remove the detail from the opposing (non-viewable in game) side.
