These are some of if not the best models and animations I have ever seen. I have been looking at the models in HLMV, after I d/l'd the win server and the animations are the best I have ever seen.

The gut shots, dying right and left are just amazing.

Yes, they have done a great job

I hope they keep working on the walk animation.  Since i have not seen it in game i won't judge it harshly.  Personally i would prefer more of a creeping type of walk.  Everything else looks awesome.  I love the equipment animations and the aliens animations.  

The marine weapons design is great.  I like how they took existing weapons and kind of used them as a base for their weapons.  Kind of shows a evolution of weaponry.

I cracked up how on one of the idle animations for the HMG the hands pet it.

Got to agree. The alien players and structures all look superb. They feel "right" straight away, and seem to completely belong in the organic environments. Great job.

I forgot to add that the sounds are awesome too. The atmosphere the ambient sounds create is fabulous, and hearing the aliens wander around (and being unable to see them) as a marine is rather unnerving. One of the first little tweaks I thought I was going to have to do to the game was to replace the marines' gun sound with an Aliens pulse rifle, but I don't really want to get rid of the default because it's so good.

I have to admit the models and skins and most of the animations are great... But some animations could be better to make it more exciting like you guys said.

And is it just me or is there melee attack animation for the Fade?
