Here's mine with pics from photoshop in it and links to our website. Shoot I even edited what steam would say to me, take for example :

Steam is retreiving files, this may take a few minutes (before)
Steam is thinking, go have some coffee (after)

Modem 14.4 K was changed to OMG SUXORS (this is in your settings icon)
Modem 28.8 K was changed to dude...no...stop..dont click me
Modem 33.6 K was changed to why bother?
Modem 56K was changed to EWWW 56K!?
ISDN was left alone
DSL > 256 K was changed to now yer talkn'
DSL > 768 K was changed to 0.o NO WAY!!!
LAN/TI > 1M was changed to YOU HAXOR!!!


And yes it is possible to make menus transparent but I'm not sure about words.

Most skins are nice but no download possibility exists anymore
readyroom and commchair arent online, all alternative download links are down and rest of the skins have only screenshot visible.
Depending on size of those things, even I could host them. PM sending helps if you want to get em public.

Why're you posting these in a thread for the official ns skin?

No one really bothers to make NS skins anymore. There really isn't enough content art wise that could make a good one. I have one stored up for later but I just figure I might as well post my others here concidering it wouldn't really do well in a normal thread on this forum. Becides, there's no reason not to.

Would really love to see this one reinvisioned and remade for Steamv3.0!

I might plan on making a steam skin for the new one, I heard it is quite complicated though.

Agreed. I kinda jury rigged a semi working version, somewhat. Though I don't think it would really stick, every time Steam has an update they seem to fubar the Steam skin or ingame browser somehow.

Well, believe it or not, but it took quite some time to make that skin. Guess it won't take that long next time, since I used alot of time trying to figure out how to make one
