Custom titles can be set by everyone with at least 200 posts, right?
Where is the field to set it?
Did it just disappear with the editor panels and so on or is it just not available for me?

Should be under Edit Profile Information

Strange, I used your link and now it's there, but I looked at that page a dozen times before and the field was missing.
